5. Delivery Times, Shipping Costs and Forms of Payment
5.1. DISFRAZZES sends orders to its customers according to the following terms:
•Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4.30 pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 4.30 pm are dispatched on the next day. During the months of July and August, our warehouse closes on Friday afternoon. Dispatches are carried out until 1 pm. Orders (standard, urgent or COD) placed between Friday and Sunday midnight are dispatched on the following Monday. If an order has to be delivered on a Saturday morning, it must be placed before Friday 4.30 pm. The delivery will then take place on Saturday between 09 am and 2 pm (with a higher shipping cost).
•Orders are delivered between Monday and Friday before 7pm. If an order has to be delivered on a Saturday morning, the shipping cost is higher than usual. If the costumer opts for a Saturday as delivery deadline, a message appears indicating the amount to be charged for shipping costs.
• The time of delivery at the customer´s residence depends on the availability of selected items, the chosen type of delivery and payment form and the shipping area. Delivery time for requested items currently in stock: between 5 and 7 days. We also offer a delivery service with a Collection Point (not at this moment), where the customer can select the closest business as shipping address and have his order delivered in 5 to 7 days. In case any problem occurs preventing orders to be delivered within the delivery deadline agreed upon, we contact the customer via email or telephone, in order to establish a new date. Climatic conditions during the route can be one of the reasons for such delays. The transit times presented are based on business hours/days from Monday to Friday. If there is a bank holiday in any place belonging to the route, that day is not counted as transit time. It further should be taken into account that there are a number of circumstances which render delivery at the address indicated by the customer impossible. The most common are absent recipients and wrong or incomplete addresses. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
5.2. When placing an order and before concluding the payment process, the customer is always automatically presented with the shipping costs, in accordance with the chosen payment method. Free shipping on orders over £90, except for Cash on Delivery payment, which always implies shipping costs. In this case, the cost depends on the tariffs charged by the transport agency taking care of delivery:
5.3. When placing the order, the customer can choose a payment method from available Forms of Payment:
For security reasons, orders over £300 cannot be paid for via Cash on Delivery. In these cases, the order must necessarily be paid via bank transfer or money deposit.
a) Payment via Paypal: Safe and fast solution for online purchases. All you need is your email address and password. There is no need to enter personal or financial details. Payments with Paypal are free of charge and exempt from commissions.
b) Credit Card: When choosing payment via credit card, the customer is directed to a virtual TPV virtual, where he will be asked to enter any data required by our bank (BANCO SANTANDER or BANCO SABADELL) in order to conclude the purchase. After successful payment, the order is registered in our system and processed as soon as possible.
The forms of payment with Credit Card, American Express, Paypal and Transfer/Money Deposit are, in that order, the most economical in terms of shipping costs.
6. Order Confirmation
6.1. Once the form for placing the order has been filled out and submitted, the customer receives a confirmation email with the order number, all purchase data and a listing of all items and their respective prices, applicable taxes and shipping costs (if applicable).
6.2. The customer can cancel any order by simply contacting DISFRAZZES via email, telephone, or our web form. The following data must be provided to cancel the order:
a) Name of the person or company that placed the order.
b) Order number and date.
Upon receipt of the message, the order will be cancelled immediately, provided that the order status is not “PROCESSING ORDER” (the customer is informed of this status via email) and that the order has not yet been handed over to the transport agency.
6.3. When the order leaves our warehouse, the customer gets a notification email with the details of the transport agency carrying out the delivery. He will further be sent a text message with any relevant data, so that the transport agency can successfully deliver the package.
6.4. If any error occurs due to reasons beyond our control, DISFRAZZES contacts the customer.
